A Customs and Border Protection DHC-8 surveillance aircraft recorded a transmedium object on its thermal-imaging pod, descending into the sea off Aguadilla and re-emerging. The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies published a technical analysis; alternative explanations attributing the object to balloon material have also been published.
