Japan Air Lines Boeing 747 cargo crew, en route Reykjavík-Anchorage, reported being paced by two small craft and a much larger 'mothership.' FAA radar showed corresponding returns. The case was handled by FAA division chief John Callahan, whose retained briefing materials were later made public.
