A Turkish-Cypriot security guard, Yalcin Yalman, captured 13 minutes of zoom video of a hovering object over the Marmara coast. The Turkish Sirius UFO Space Sciences Research Center submitted the footage to the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey for review.
