Over three years a security guard in Kumburgaz recorded high-optical-zoom videos over the Sea of Marmara appearing to show a structured crescent-shaped craft, occasionally revealing figures within an illuminated section. The footage was submitted to TUBITAK, Turkey's national science council, which conducted frame-by-frame forensic digital analysis. TUBITAK's official report concluded the objects were physical, not CGI or miniature mock-ups - one of the few state-level forensic video analyses of UAP footage outside the United States. The footage was independently re-examined and digitally enhanced by forensic analyst Peter Osborne for the UAP Files Podcast.
