A Mexican Air Force Merlin C26A crew flying anti-narcotics surveillance recorded eleven luminous objects on the aircraft's FLIR pod. The footage was released by Defense Secretary Gen. Clemente Vega and remains one of the few publicly released military FLIR recordings outside the U.S.
