Twining 'flying discs' memorandum

Lt. Gen. Nathan Twining, commanding general of Air Materiel Command, sent a memorandum to the Pentagon stating that the 'flying discs' phenomenon was real and not visionary or fictitious. The document was foundational to the establishment of Project Sign three months later.
