Final FY2024 NDAA enacted (PL 118-31) included a reduced version of the Schumer-Rounds UAP Disclosure Act, mandating a UAP Records Review Board and a 25-year declassification presumption. Several of the original amendment's most-ambitious provisions were dropped in conference.
