Retired Toronto school principal turned UFO researcher and journalist, active in Canadian ufology and exopolitics since the 1990s. Co-organized the Exopolitics Toronto Symposium at which former Defence Minister Paul Hellyer publicly renewed his UFO cover-up allegations.

Background

Victor Viggiani is a retired school principal from Toronto with degrees in sociology and psychology (York University) and educational administration (Brock University). Since the 1990s he has investigated UFO sighting reports, counseled individuals reporting anomalous experiences, and researched extraterrestrial-disclosure issues as News Director of ZlandCommunications, an independent news service. He has conducted fieldwork at sites including Area 51, Roswell, Socorro, and Dulce, New Mexico, and co-organized the Exopolitics Toronto Symposium, at which former Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer publicly called for an end to what he described as a UFO cover-up. Viggiani serves on the advisory board of the Exopolitics Institute and has appeared frequently on MUFON Canada programming and Coast to Coast AM.
